Pilot Trav encrypts stored game passwords, uses HTTPS, and documents deletion requests and security limits. Last updated October 23, 2026.
Game account passwords are encrypted before they are stored. The application uses AES-256-CBC encryption with a separate encryption key; passwords are decrypted only when the service needs to operate the connected game account. They are not kept as plain text in the account record.
Normal account responses exclude the encrypted password. An administrative password-reveal feature is limited to accounts owned by administrators and requires explicit confirmation; it does not provide a general support-staff password viewer for customer accounts.
The Privacy Policy lists the data we collect, including account and usage data, payment records, encrypted game credentials, and support communications. It also explains how we use, share and retain that information.
You can request deletion through the in-panel Support page. The Privacy Policy says personal data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion, except where retention is required by law.
The Privacy Policy describes secure HTTPS connections, encryption and access controls as part of the service's security measures.
No online service is risk-free, and no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. Automation can also violate a game's rules and may lead to warnings, suspensions or permanent bans. Read our Travian bot ban-risk guide before deciding whether to use any automation tool.
